Cancellation Policy

Any lessons cancelled within 48 hours are non-refundable. If you are running late to your lesson, there is a five minute grace period. If you are running more than 10 minutes late, we will deduct this from the time of your lesson. Lessons must be paid for 24 hours in advance of the lesson otherwise we will assume the lesson is not going ahead.
